Export & Shipping

A bridge from our facility to five continents

Export is core to what we do — not an afterthought. Here's exactly how we move furniture from Blora to buyers and retail partners worldwide.

Where We Ship

We regularly export to the United States, Europe, Australia, and across Asia — serving both import buyers and mass-market retail partners — and can arrange shipping to most other countries on request. Reach out with your destination and we'll confirm feasibility and cost.

Packaging & Crating

Every piece is wrapped in protective padding and packed into custom wooden crates built to survive ocean freight — corners reinforced, joints braced, and finished surfaces protected from contact and moisture. Larger orders may ship partially disassembled with hardware included, to reduce damage risk and freight cost.

Estimated Freight Timelines

Sea freight typically takes 4–8 weeks door-to-door depending on destination port and customs processing, on top of production time. Air freight is available for smaller orders at a higher cost, typically arriving in 1–2 weeks. We'll confirm an estimate specific to your order and destination.

Customs & Import Duties

We handle export documentation and customs clearance on the Indonesian side. Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance in your destination country are the buyer's responsibility, as these vary significantly by country. We'll provide the documentation your customs broker or freight forwarder needs.

Payment Terms for International Orders

International orders are typically confirmed with a deposit before production begins, with the balance due before shipment. We'll share exact terms and accepted payment methods once your order is scoped — reach out via WhatsApp or the contact form to get started.
